The DP‑2S/DR‑201D is a classic Commax 1‑to‑1 wired audio intercom kit — ideal for entry-door communication and release control. It includes:

 System Overview

• Indoor unit (DP‑2S): wall-mounted handset with call and door-release buttons

• Outdoor unit (DR‑201D): basic doorbell panel with microphone & speaker

• Wiring: only 2 wires (non-polar) between door and room units; plus 2 wires for electric lock control 

• Power: AC 110–240 V supply for indoor; outdoor unit powered at 9 V from DP‑2S 

• Wiring Distance: up to ~150 m using 0.8 mm² cable 

• Door Release: supports electric strike via separate wiring from indoor unit
